The location was ok.The staff was very helpful..We have received a refund of the nights we did not stay...
Hotel outdated ...needs to be renovated... disappointed for the money,in my opinion ,more something for packpackers...
good location for the local JR station which is useful to those travelling on a JR pass. Also a quiet back street location but near enough to local restaurants although has a good restaurant of its own.
This hotel is very good located and the staff very helpfull
Opening and closing the doors is very noisy No much channels on the TV and only japanese channels
Rooms were clean, staff was nice and accommodating. The location was good.
The staff did not speak very much English and didn't have information about a shuttle to the airport, which we assumed they would. We actually got much more help from a woman who was checking in when we were at the desk than we ever got from the staff. It wasn't that they were lazy or purposely not helpful. We didn't have this problem at any other hotel we stayed in, however, and there were several.
Reception staff was very polite and pleasant. Location was very good, being close to the subway station and quiet. The special price was attractive. I would like to stay in this hotel again at this price.
